Our client is a St. Louis, US based global manufacturing organization, employing over 129,000 people worldwide with a turnover of over $20.9 billion in 2009, with more than 19 years of experience in Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing in Central & Eastern Europe.

Requirements:

- 1 – 3 years experience in industrial or commercial setting with experience developing products or defining product requirements and specifications
- candidate can demonstrate mechanical aptitude with interest in researching how and where products are used. Further, candidate can demonstrate interest or experience in identifying product end users, studying competitors and evaluating potential new markets.
- bachelor's degree from four-year College or University in Engineering, Marketing or related field
- advanced English skills
- good reasoning abilities
- the job implies traveling and 50% field activity


Responsabilitati:

- create Research To Identify Customer Problem(s), using commercially available data and information; field research and phone interviews; consultants; other sources
- identify Market Segments To Target Customers
- examples could include: oil and petrochemical facilities; government and military; water authorities; commercial construction; power plants; facilities maintenance; gas industries; service contractors
- identify new business (product or service) opportunities, that meet the brand promise
- describe Business Environment
