Responsabilitati:

- Providing support to the customers by mail;
- Resolving operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process;
- Continually improving the support processes.

Cerinte:

- Student or fresh graduate;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Process and procedure oriented;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent English and Spanish skills (is a must).
