IT system engineer

Responsabilities:

- mainenance and configuration of the company IT infrastructure
- process and update incidents and service requests from assigned users
- provide technical support to users
- diagnose ploblems with PCs and peripherals; recommend or implement solutions to correct those problems
- provide training to users
- perform workstation configuration  and delivery
- test new installation procedures
- document user support procedures

Profile:

- university degree in Informatics
- very good skills in telecomunication, network administration, wireless network and hardware
- good English knowledge
- flexible, open minded and responsible person
- experience in IT support
- experience in AS/400 is a plus
