Elements of the Program

Trainings for trainees:
• Corporate Entry Program (CEP)
• Standard Trainings within Explore Program
• Annual Manufacturing Trainee Meeting

Mentoring:
• The local Plant Manager is the mentor of the Trainee and supports her/him during the trainee period
• The local HR Manager is the individual coordinator for the local trainee

Cerinte:

We’re looking for 2010/2011 University and Master’s graduates (Polytechnics, Mathematics, Informatics, Chemistry, Biology, Economical Science, Physics) for a 6 months program in Timisoara.

Required:
• Very good university degree in Engineering or Sciences
• Fluent in English language and preferably one further foreign language
• Unrestricted international mobility
• Desired abilities: drive, interaction, execution
