About the job:
We are seeking for a skilled Senior Consultant for HP OpenView Service Center.
An ideal candidat have to be willing and fast to learn new tehniques and procedure and customer focused.

Responsabilitati:

- Dealing with tasks coming under Project Ownership as part of a project or a set of projects;
- Assisting teams from the point of view of methodology and relationships in their job of conducting projects;
- Dealing with functional change of existing products or procedures;
- Designing tests, associated datasets or roll-out plans and formalising associated analyses;
- Defining conditions for acceptance of the application;
- Taking responsibility for intermediary management of a test or roll-out project subsystem or small-scale project (around 2-4 people);
- Assisting programmers in complex roll-outs or tests if needed;
- Validate developments carried out by project management;
- Managing relationships between Project Owner and Project Management teams;
- Detailing and formalising functional requirements and taking part in the preparation of functional instructions;
- Preparing acceptance, trialling and integration stages and taking part in them;
- Taking part in preparation of "user" documentation;
- Compiling product development requirements (suggestions, functional or regulatory maintenance);
- Defining the content of maintenance jobs and monitoring their implementation.

Cerinte:

- Experience with HP OpenView;
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change Management and other modules in Service Center;
- Knowledge of ITIL;
- Fluent english & french;
- Be able to write user and technical documentation in English;
- Cooperation-oriented: be able to work together with a small but experienced team;
- Autonomous: take initiative and work effectively with diverse groups of people;
- Willing and fast to learn new techniques and procedures;
- Customer focused;
- Organised;
- Preferable knowledge of BO Reporting.
