Descrierea postului:
• Ensures continual compliance of the company with the Romanian Tax Laws and regulations, as well as Tax policies and processes;
• Minimizes to their Lowest Law-full amount the cash Tax payments of the company;
• Supports in the negotiation and in the application for financial subsidies and preferential tax treatments from the Government;
• Provides expertise and assistance to financial reviews of legal entities and projects;
• Assists in the process and in the set up of documentation packages that comply with the Transfer Pricing Regulations;
• Defends the company’s position during Tax audits and mitigates potential tax adjustment/imposition.
Cerinte:
• Bachelor degree in related major is required. Technical Institute of CPA is preferable;
• at least 2 years experience in tax (preferably 6-7 years) with a multinational company or international tax , at least 1-2 years in a consultant firm or Tax Authorities in Romania management position;
• Fluency in English is essential, with exposure to a US multinational desirable;
• Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills with an ability to work with all functional and business partners;
• Reliable with a strong sense of integrity;
• Able to work independently and as part of an international team;
• Growth Potential.
