We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic recruiter & interviewer to join our team starting with 1st February 2012;  The right applicant will be taking part in the development of the Hospitality Internship USA Program recently implemented by our company in this year .

The program offers working & career opportunities at every level (Entry and Senior level) and cover all departments within hospitality Industry (Food & Beverage , Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Sales & Marketing ; there are hundreds of vacancies available only within  4 or 5 star Hotels and Resorts such as: Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, Sheraton, Westin, Renaissance, Crowne Plaza and many others worldwide brand hotels.

ROLE : this is a mass recruitment project and you need to assure a permanent advertisement of the program through every communication channel , screening, selection, interviews & assessments, job offers, immigration and departure/relocation assistance !

CRITERIA OF SELECTION:

A minimum of 2 years experience in the position on offer  and similar type of mass recruitment projects ; Past experience into a HOTEL is an advantage  !
University degree: Faculty of Psychology and/or  Master in HR or any other related trainings in the HR.

Excellent communication  and organizational skills, excellent capacity of solving problems, very energetic and  initiative,  results driven, enthusiastic and passionate for delivering outstanding customer service and willing to exceed expectations by own ways of doing things and as a TEAM player, reliable and willing to take on responsibilities and challenges, stress tolerance and self control.

A high standard of personal presentation, fluent English, confident, professional and welcoming personality is a MUST!
