Define relevant specifications and ensure testing on:

• Thermal and electrical safety according to internal/external standards, including preparation of relevant documentation;
  
• Energy consumption;
  
• Noise;
  
• Cooking performance;
  
• Environmental impact;
  
• EMC;
  
• Product reliability/Lifetime;
  
• Materials;
  
• Transportation for cooking OEM products;
  
• Ensure benchmarking tests of competitors products on:
  
• Technical / functional level;
  
• Cost level;
  
• Ensure alignment on test methodologies with other Labs in PD Cooking;
  
• Ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment according to ISO9000;
  
• Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations;
  
• Budget and personnel responsibility for the assigned team;
  
• Responsible for team members and competences development;
